Recreational Vehicle Registration

S3’s Off-Highway Recreational Vehicle (OHRV) Platform allows state agencies to manage, control and administer the licensing, titling, registration, renewals and permitting of a broad spectrum of watercraft and on- and off-road motorized vehicles. These vehicles currently include boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.

Our S3 OHRV module allows our state clients (and the customers being served) unique access to a wide variety of functions and services necessary to streamline the management of vehicle activities necessary for recreational enthusiasts to legally operate and enjoy the outdoors while safely and ethically operating these motorized vehicles.

The OHRV module also conforms to S3’s multi-agency solution “Common Customer” solution approach by providing state agencies access to a single customer record for use across multiple state agency solutions if desired by the state.
