Marketing Platform Features

Complete demographic profiles are created and stored in near real-time for each consumptive and non-consumptive customers.

All paid transactions for at least the past five years are attached to the customer record.

All harvest reports and wildlife management area (WMA) check-ins are attached to the customer record.

All email marketing interactions, such as email opens and click-through actions, are attached to that customer record.

All survey interactions, including completion/non-completion and detailed survey responses, are attached to the customer record.

All event registrations, including in-person safety courses, “learn-to-hunt” camps, locavore programs, conservation classes, archery and fishing programs, and any other program or event that the agency may want to include, are attached to the customer record.

To the extent that the agency allows third-party conservation organizations such as Pheasants Forever or the National Wild Turkey Federation to use the S3 Volunteer and Event Management Platform, that data can be attached to the customer record.

All third-party data, such as safety certifications, DMV records, Violators Compact records, Friends of the Court records, can be attached to the customer record.

Mobile application interaction, including location data, can be attached to the customer record.

All customer support calls can be attached to the customer record.

All customer data and interactions, including all the examples above, are available for query, analysis, visualization and ACTION, via an integrated instance of Tableau at the agency’s choice of application.

All customer data and interactions can be aggregated, sliced, diced and made available for manual and automated marketing campaigns.

All customer data and interactions can be analyzed and used to prevent fraud and abuse.
