Nashville-Based Sovereign Sportsman Solutions is Recognized as a “Best Place to Work” for 2nd Year Running
The Nashville Business Journal named Sovereign Sportsman Solutions one of the “Best Places to Work” in Nashville for the second consecutive year during a recent awards luncheon.
Groups across Middle Tennessee were asked to nominate their companies and confidential employee surveys were issued by Quantum Workplace (quantumworkplace.com), the national leader in measuring workplace engagement and corporate culture, to determine the winners.
“Wow, we are certainly humbled to again receive this recognition for our dynamic culture and workplace environment,” Sovereign’s co-founder Rob Walker said. “We truly have an amazing team and we are looking for more ways to invest in them and their development.”
The highlight of the luncheon was the showing of each honorees’ ‘game-themed’ 30-second video. Sovereign’s lighthearted look at the Company and our commitment to Conservation plus a fun environment garnered a rousing round of applause.
